Book The Nave
This isn't traditional home staging. No rental furniture. No plumped cushions. This is direction — a walkthrough of the property with the vendor and clear, specific advice on the changes that will genuinely lift the sale.
The right colour decisions. The small fixes worth doing. What to keep and what to move out. What to invest in and what not to bother with.
Full-home styling has its place, and sometimes it's completely necessary. But often, the money that goes into dressing every room top to bottom could be better spent on a more curated experience — a few key moves that transform how the property photographs and feels, without the staging invoice that eats into the vendor's return.
The outcome of every project I've taken on has far exceeded my clients' expectations — through clear guidance and the right calls, made early enough to matter.
How It Works
01 — One hour on site A walkthrough of the property, room by room, with an interior designer. We look at everything the camera will see — and everything a buyer will feel in the first ten seconds.
02 — Written direction Professional advice on where to spend and what on, delivered in a clear, laid-out report you can act on or hand straight to a tradesperson. Direction is provided within the 24 hours, so there's time to act before photography.
What's Included
Room-by-room walkthrough with the vendor
Colour and finish guidance
Advice on what to repair, replace, or remove
Prioritised list of changes — what's worth the spend, what isn't
Written report
Some decisions about a home can't be made from photos or a phone call. Proportion, light, flow — the things that decide whether a house works — are only visible standing in the room.
Consultation on Site is up to two hours in your home with a designer. We walk the house together and talk through what you want it to do: the rooms that frustrate you, the ones that already work, and the first move worth making. We look at what's worth keeping — the light, the bones, the parts of the house that earn their place — and what's quietly working against them.
By the end of the visit you'll have our honest read of the house: what we'd change, what we'd leave alone, the order we'd do it in, and a realistic sense of what it might cost. We take photos and notes as we go, and we leave with enough to write a full proposal — so if you'd like to take the project further, you won't have to start again.
And if you'd simply like the answers and nothing more, that's a perfectly good place to stop. This is a working session, not a sales call.
