How We Work

There's no single way to start. Some clients come to us with a full set of architectural drawings; others arrive with a Pinterest board and a feeling. Both are fine. We'll help you figure out what you need — and what you don't.

Fixed packages work well when the scope is clear. A kitchen, a bathroom, a single room, a colour scheme — defined pieces of work with a defined outcome. You know what's included and what it costs before we begin.

Hourly engagement suits the earlier stages — when you're still figuring out what you want, or when you need a considered second opinion before committing to a renovation. No long contract, no minimum. You use us as much or as little as the moment requires.

Full-project design is for clients who want the whole home carried from first concept to final styled room. Every trade, every supplier, every decision handled on your behalf. We take on a limited number of these each year.
